  1. How to register for RT15 and / or GA14?
    Participants may register online to attend both RT15 as well as GA14. Please ensure that you use your RSPO Membership Code(s) to enjoy the Member Rates made available only to RSPO Members.
  2. The website seems to be lacking information. Why is that and when will it be available?
    This website is to provide as much general information as possible i.e. dates, venue, programme outline, fees, sponsorship, exhibition etc.

    Further details, especially pertaining to the programme, speakers, etc. will be updated in stages as we progress on the organizing aspects of the meeting.
  3. What are the registration fees and deadlines for RT15?

  4. How do I / we pay for the RT15 registration fees?
    Participants can make payment using the following methods:
    1. Bank Draft
    2. Telegraphic Transfer
      (Full payment must be received by the RSPO Secretariat to confirm registration)
    3. Credit Card
      (Credit card payments are charged using a secured payment gateway: iPay88.com)
    4. Company Cheque
      Payment via company cheque is only available for Malaysian companies that are making payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Kindly contact us at [email protected] for further information on RT15 conference rates in MYR.
  5. Can I / we pay for the RT15 fees as a walk-in participant?
    Yes, you can. However, for logistics and convenience purpose, we would advise you to pre-register online through the RT15 website. You may do so at http://www.rt.rspo.org/r/reg.php
  6. How can I become a sponsor for RT15?

  7. How do I become an exhibitor at RT15?

  8. Do I require a visa to enter Indonesia?
    A foreign citizen who wishes to enter the Republic of Indonesia is required to obtain a visa from a Indonesia Embassy or a Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia.

    However, nationals of certain countries do not require a visa if they meet visa exemption requirements. For more information, kindly contact the respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Indonesia in your domicile country for the latest updates.
